Zaheer-ud-din Babar joined Z Immigration Consulting Services Inc.'s Toronto office in November 2018. Zaheer is an experienced HR professional with a decade of experience in Human Resources across Food and Beverages, Manufacturing, Retail and Construction industries, as well as a diverse workforce background in Pakistan, the Middle East, and Canada.
His client management skills are truly demonstrated by his professional background. He is very keen on providing exceptional service to all clients and provides a personal approach to each immigration matter by understanding the clients' needs, expectations, cultural differences, and their willingness to adapt to a new life in Canada.
He has extensive experience in client management, customer service, and immigration services. His core competencies include study permit, family sponsor, and permanent residency applications. During his time at Z Immigration Consultancy Services, he has delivered hundreds of successful applications and has co-mentored several new RCICs. When not working, Zaheer loves to travel from East to West Coast of Canada with his family.
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Unlike unlicensed agents or "consultants" who operate outside the regulatory framework, every RCIC must meet professional standards, carry professional liability insurance, and is subject to discipline if they fail to act in a client's best interest.
When you work with Z Immigration, you are protected by that regulatory framework. We are authorised to represent clients before IRCC for all immigration matters, the same authority as an immigration lawyer, at a more accessible cost.
Always verify your consultant's RCIC status before engaging any immigration services. You can search the CICC public register at cicc-ccic.ca using the RCIC number.
Your RCIC is licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and must comply with its professional and ethical requirements.
An RCIC is authorized to provide immigration and citizenship advice and representation before IRCC, within the scope permitted by Canadian law and CICC requirements.
RCICs are required to maintain professional liability insurance and comply with the CICC's Code of Professional Conduct.
