Canada's primary system for skilled workers seeking permanent residence, managed end-to-end by a licensed consultant (RCIC).
Express Entry is the federal points-based system Canada uses to select skilled workers for permanent residence. Candidates create an online profile, receive a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, and are entered into a pool from which the highest-scoring profiles receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
Express Entry may be suitable for skilled workers with post-secondary education, qualifying work experience, and strong language test results, as well as those who have already gained Canadian work or study experience and want to convert it into permanent status.
Express Entry manages three federal economic programs. Your eligibility, and which program you are assessed under, depends on your work history and where that experience was gained.
For candidates with foreign or mixed work experience, qualifying language scores, and educational credentials assessed against Canadian equivalency.
For candidates who have gained at least one year of skilled work experience inside Canada, often the most direct route for those already here.
For candidates with qualifying experience in a designated skilled trade, along with a valid job offer or certificate of qualification.
We review your education, work history, and language results to determine which program you qualify under and identify every legitimate way to strengthen your CRS score before your profile is submitted.
Our documentation review covers Educational Credential Assessments (ECA), language test strategy, proof of funds, and work reference letters, so your profile reflects an accurate and complete picture from the start.
Once you receive an Invitation to Apply, a detailed application package must be submitted within the deadline, including medical exams, police certificates, and final supporting documents. We manage this process and track every deadline on your behalf.
Not every profile reaches an ITA through the general pool alone. Where appropriate, we assess whether a Provincial Nominee Program stream linked to Express Entry could add points to your profile or provide an alternative route to permanent residence.
