A Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows a Canadian province or territory to nominate candidates who meet its specific labour market or economic needs for permanent residence.

A PNP pathway may benefit candidates who do not yet score high enough for Express Entry on its own, who have a job offer in a specific province, or who have ties, education, or work experience connected to a particular region of Canada.
